Biography
Dr Kim was awarded a PhD in Biophysics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA, 1992, followed by spending two years at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York as a Fellow. He relocated to Kocaeli University after spending 30 years at Daegu Catholic University, Medical school, Korea. 2012-13, he was a visiting professor at UC Berkeley, Bioengineering department. Current research subjects of his laboratory are neurodegenerative disease following pioneering work on high-Z nanoradiator proton stimulation and transcranial electric field stimulation in Alzheimer’s disease
